Curvelle Modifies Quaranta Layout for Mobility-Impaired
Curvelle , whose Curvelle Quaranta megayacht catamaran should be ready late this year, now has two slightly modified designs for mobility-impaired owners and guests. Both designs maintain the standard Quaranta LOA of 110’6” (33.7 meters) and beam of 29’5” (9 meters).

The 164-foot (50-meter) StarFish, the successor to the 148-foot (45-meter) Big Fish, was severely damaged in a fire at McMullen & Wing this weekend. No craftspeople were killed, and neither were any emergency responders. News outlets quote fire officials in Auckland, New Zealand, where the shipyard is located, as saying the fire started somewhere near the yacht, but not onboard.

Two years after debuting the super-sleek LSX92 megayacht, Lazzara Yachts is building its replacement, the LSX95. A repeat Lazzara buyer, who has owned two of the Tampa-based builder’s yachts to date, commissioned hull number one. If you’re familiar with the LSX lineup, you’ll note the LSX95 features the same emphasis on sporty lines and a fixed hardtop.
Her name may be unusual, but Furst 60 fits in perfectly with the other megayachts being delivered by Cantiere delle Marche . The 82-foot (25-meter) expedition yacht was delivered by the Italian shipyard in late July.
